That means 468 federal seats of legislative power are available every single 24-month cycle. Add the presidency every four years, and suddenly voters have a recurring, built-in constitutional mechanism to modernize and evolve the entire federal legislative and executive branches at remarkable speed.
And it’s not just federal elections. Every single year, and in fact twice a year, voters have opportunities to modernize and evolve their governments into Voter Directed democratic republics at the local, state, and federal levels. But the even-year November elections carry a special kind of evolutionary power and Voter Directed potential. This is because even-year November elections carry the weight of federal authority—and the potential for voters to fundamentally transform how our democratic republic functions at a national level.
